A non-toxic, natural antistatic spray that aids in the brush-out of thick, dense, difficult coats or in the removal of tangles and mats. If youʼve been searching for a gentle but effective pre-brush product, choose SuperCoats DeTangler! Recommended Use: De-tangling matted canine and feline coats or for brush-out of dense coats. For severe matting, saturate and allow to set for 3-5 minutes prior to brush-out. When dealing with difficult-to-brush coats, DeTangler is the best solution!

Recommended for the removal of tangles and mats in pet hair.

Directions: Spray short bursts of mist into the coat while holding the DermaRenew DeTangler Spray approximately 2-4 inches from the pet’s coat. For loose tangles and mats, saturate the tangles or mats, then beginning at the tip of the hair, gently brush out tangles or mats, working carefully toward the base of the coat. As tangles are removed, brush each section continuing until the pet’s coat is completely detangled.  When finished, use a comb to determine that the coat is tangle and mat free.

For Difficult Mats:

Saturate the mats with DermaPure DeTangler.

Allow to set for 5-10minutes — then separate the hairs in the mat using your fingers or a dematting tool. Brush out each mat gently, working through the mats from the tips of the hairs toward the base of the coat. Repeat until each mat is no longer tangled.

Once finished, comb through each mat & the entire coat to be certain it is mat free!
